Yoshiki Hayashi is a Worthy 100 heavyweight. Heโs both a fashion designer and musician, but heโs also a long-time humanitarian and philanthropist, known for supporting causes across the globe for many years. Through the Yoshiki Foundation America, heโs supported many non-profit and charitable organizations, including the Japanese Red Cross, the Make A Wish Foundation, the Points of Light Foundation, and the Grammy Foundation.
Last year, he donated $500,000 to support the victims of LAโs wildfires doing so through seven different aid organizations. And, because heโs a popular musician, Hayashi leverages that fame for promoting action and giving, too. Heโs helped raise millions for charitable causes this way, like relief for victims of the Ukrainian conflict.
Though his fashion firm, Maison Yoshiki Paris, may be a commercial venture, he maintains a sense of social awareness there by showcasing his work as part of a broader, more creative economy. Finally, heโs also a force for sustaining the arts by attending events like the 2025 Paris Fashion Week, and Dreamforce 2025, where he unveiled a next-gen AI project that fuses tech and artistry.
