Alix Lebec is a founding member of WaterEquity, an organization she launched with Gary White and Matt Damon. It’s the world’s first impact investment manager dedicated to ending the global water crisis. She works on investing in hygiene projects and water and sanitation initiatives, particularly in economically challenged countries. Along with WaterEquity, she’s helped millions get access to clean water, and she’s mobilized large amounts of financial capital to build highly trained teams to help keep this change process going. She’s spent the last ten years pursuing this goal and investing in women’s rights and empowerment. In 2020, she launched LEBEC, which supports entrepreneurs, investors, and philanthropists worldwide to help shape a more environmentally conscious future.
