Ali Harnell is the President & Chief Strategy Officer of Live Nation Women, where she leads the division dedicated to amplifying women across every program, initiative, project, and tour. She has produced tours for Oprah, Brandi Carlile, Maren Morris, Katie Couric, and Alex Cooper’s Unwell Tour. Harnell also executive produced “A Beautiful Noise,” the Grammy-nominated song by Alicia Keys and Brandi Carlile honoring women’s suffrage and social justice.

Before joining Live Nation, Harnell spent 15 years at AEG Presents where she oversaw national tours, led regional divisions, and co-founded the Country2Country festival. She began her career in New York under legendary promoter Ron Delsener before moving to Nashville in 1996 as Vice President of Pace Concerts Southeast. There, she oversaw the development and growth of Music City by reviving concert activity at the Ryman Auditorium, booking major venues, and co-creating the Nashville River Stages Music Festival.

Harnell is a seven-time Billboard Women in Music honoree, a five-time Billboard Nashville Power Player, and has twice been named IEBA Promoter of the Year. She has helped raise tens of millions of dollars through large-scale benefit events and serves on the boards of MusiCares, Music Artists Coalition, and LIFEbeat.
