You will not be able to meet the Millennium Development Goals in health and education without e-health and e-education. Government can’t provide services without e-government. We need to have government, the private sector, and consumers on the same level in a complementary manner. Communication is a powerful tool in the hands of people, and when governments take it away, it becomes a bomb in the hands of those governments. Government's role is to create a level playing field, put the right policy framework in place, and let the private sector come in and invest.
