Xiao Guo serves ThoughtWorks Inc. as the President and Chief Executive Officer. ThoughtWorks is a global technology consultancy and a community of passionate, purpose-led individuals. The company provides advisory and delivery services to organizations who leverage Digital Technology as key competitive advantage and the driver for business transformation.
Mr. Guo joined ThoughtWorks in 1999 as a software developer. Since 2005, Mr. Guo has helped to create and build the China business unit for ThoughtWorks and served as the Managing Director for the region. Since 2013, Mr. Guo has been serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer, based in the Chicago area.
