Scott Armanini is a Silicon Valley veteran and angel investor who has held sales and business development positions at AT&T, Cisco Systems, HP Software, Microsoft (where he co-founded Avanade, a game-changing $B joint venture with Accenture), and RocketSpace where he recruited clients including Accenture, Canon, Fujitsu, LG and Samsung.
As Sales Director at LaunchPad Central (co-founded by Steve Blank), he helps global corporations create new business models and revenue streams by rapidly identifying the 1% of ideas that are truly worthy of commercialization โ killing the 99% of ideas that arenโt โ and raising the โbatting averageโ of corporate innovation teams by improving collaboration and portfolio management capabilities across their innovation ecosystems.
In addition to being a member of Peter Diamandisโ Abundance 360 Community, Scott has served as an advisor to Accentureโs 2014 Technology Forecast, G20โs Young Entrepreneursโ Alliance Summit and Silicon Valleyโs Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (SVIEF). Armanini also teaches Entrepreneurship for UC Berkeleyโs Extension International Diploma Program and as an advisor to early stage companies in transition, global brands and governments on topics including disruptive innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing & sales, relationship acceleration & expansion.
