David Lee

David Lee is an entrepreneur and investor focused on trusted manufacturing/supply chain, advanced IoT technologies, and “authentic data” solutions addressing global security and intelligence challenges. David is currently President of Intelligence & Digital Data at ASRC Federal, responsible for providing technology solutions, operations, and strategic growth across the $1.2B business of ASRC Federal.

Prior to ASRC Federal, David served as group President at Vistronix, a $150M business supporting the intelligence community. As part of the executive team, David led the IC technology and market development that propelled the company into a successful strategic acquisition. Prior to Vistronix, Mr. Lee held executive positions including Vice President for Strategy & Operations at Noblis and COO of National Security Partners (NSP), a $50M company focused on software development, data analytics, and cyber solutions. In 2005, Mr. Lee founded LMN Solutions and while serving as the CEO, grew the company to $20M+ in revenue and completed the successful sale of LMN Solutions in 2012. Mr. Lee also works with technology companies and private equity/venture groups for identifying and assessing investments. Mr. Lee is an active participant in industry forums on machine learning, IoT, and is a contributor to discussions on privacy/ethical data use in the complex and growing IT environment. Mr. Lee enjoys mentoring companies seeking to grow their businesses and is active in his local community fundraising for academic opportunities for youth and coaching baseball. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from James Madison University (JMU), a MS from Johns Hopkins University (JHU), and an Executive Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Management & Leadership.
