Dr. Lilian Ajayi Ore is a Chief Learning Officer, Data Scientist with over 17 years of industry experience, and the Founder/CEO of the Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W), a not-for-profit organization that believes in women and girls and their ability to create new opportunities for themselves and their communities. GC4W is the recipient of several honorary awards including the Best Manhattan Charity for the past 6 consecutive years since 2015.
Lilian professional experience includes working as the Digital Marketing Strategist and Big Data analytics expert for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. She is a current University Faculty at NYU and was named Faculty Innovator and is the recipient of the 2019-2020 Dean’s Innovation Scholar in Learning and Teaching. Lilian received her Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, GSE with Double Distinctions, a Harvard Graduate and holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, GSE.
As a global shaper and learning leader, Lilian has been invited to give a keynote address on topics related to economic empowerment, gender equality and women empowerment, and business leadership. She has given an address at the United Nations (headquarters in New York), The World Bank, United Nations Development Program, UNFPA, Toronto World Leadership Forum, Social Media Week (New York), Microsoft, among others. Lastly, Lilian sits on a few executive boards including Clinton Foundation 20/30, Mirai Partners, Penn Alumni, to name a few, and she is a proud member of the Female Founder Collective and the GC4W Circle Network.
