David is a partner at Hamilton Shirts — a fourth generation Houston-based manufacturer and retailer of men’s luxury shirts that was founded in 1883. Since joining the business in 2003 David and his sister, Kelly, have expanded the company’s product categories and distribution channels while concurrently launching a lean manufacturing initiative to improve the quality and efficiency of its domestic production facility.
Hamilton Shirts is regularly recognized as a leader in its industry by a wide range of publications including Worth, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Esquire and GQ. GQ selected Hamilton Shirts as “Best Custom Shirts in the USA” and “One of the World’s 25 Shops Worth Travelling For”. Esquire included Hamilton in its worldwide round up of “50 Things That Are Worth the Money” declaring a custom shirt from Hamilton “… an essential part of your life you’ll never have to worry about again.”
David is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers prior to joining Hamilton Shirts. He lives in Houston with his wife and daughter.
