Two looming challenges appear overwhelming at this moment for the world and U.S. – a possible recession and climate change. But digitalization of societies and communications networks offers both the prospect of stimulating economic growth and lowered carbon emissions, according to ICT company Huawei. The China-headquartered company is in its own struggle for survival following Trump administration-sanctions. But it continues to innovate and build solutions for networks, cloud, and devices to drive connectivity and improve economic outcomes. At the same time, Huawei is engineering products and solutions that reduce carbon emissions and energy requirements.
