Valérie Beaulieu

Valérie Beaulieu joined the Adecco Group as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and member of the Executive Committee in November 2020. In April 2023, she also became President of Pontoon Solutions- part of the Adecco Group. Previously, Valérie was Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft US, leading the marketing function across the region’s B2B portfolio. Her career at Microsoft span 23 years, where she held various senior leadership roles across North America, Asia and Europe. Valérie has been VP of the French Foreign Trade Advisors since January 2015; she has also been a director and board member at Orange since May 2022. She is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion, for women in leadership and closing the workplace gender gap. She has volunteered as a business mentor for NGOs focused on fighting poverty through education, such as Gawad Kalinga and Passarelle Numeriques.
