Troy Fenner joined Roku as vice president of Human Resources in 2012 and was promoted to senior vice president in 2018. He is responsible for Roku’s global people strategies and operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Troy also oversees facilities and real estate. Before joining Roku, Troy was senior director of human resources for Stryker, a medical technology company; and vice president of human resources for Symyx Technologies (now Accelrys Inc.). Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside.
