Tarun Bhatnagar is the Managing Director of Google Maps for Work. In this role, he is responsible for global Sales, Operations, and GTM activities pertaining to Google’s location based products. Tarun joined Google in July 2010 as Head of Geospatial for APAC based in Hong Kong and shortly after relocated to Mountain.
Prior to Google, Tarun spent 14 years in various roles across product management, sales, business development, and engineering, mostly in the Location & Mapping industry. In his most recent role prior to Google, Tarun was Director of Product Management & Business Development for APAC with Nokia HERE Maps, where he spent a combined 10 years in various roles.
Tarun graduated with an MBA from the Booth School of Business at University of Chicago and has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
