Susan Dybbs is currently the VP of Product and Design at Collective Health, a technology company transforming health benefits for companies and their people. Susan is passionate about creating a healthcare system designed for the people it serves, and has been with Collective Health for over four years during which time she’s helped build the company’s core offerings while scaling the product and design departments. Her career in design spans more than fifteen years and several industries including banking, technology, healthcare, and more. When not obsessing over counter-pulsation devices and brain surgery, she can be found letterpress printing and riding through the hills of the Marin Headlands. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from NYU and Master of Design degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
