VP, Diversity and Inclusion, Micron
Sharawn Connors is the diversity and inclusion vice president at Micron Technology. She leads a diversity and inclusion function within Human Resources that touches all aspects of the business, particularly attracting and supporting a highly diverse and talented workforce around the globe.

Connors’ professional experience spans human resources, information technology, project management, and operations. She previously led the global D&I efforts at Flex (formerly Flextronics), including initiatives to improve pay equity across its global workforce, establish a D&I center of excellence and create the company’s first employee resource groups. Connors joined Flex in 2013 as director of U.S.

Compensation and Benefits and, in 2015, was promoted to vice president of Global Benefits. Connors holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the California State University and a master’s degree in human resource management from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco. She also has a Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute. Passionate about education and coaching, Connors is currently an adjunct professor at San Jose State University and a mentor to first-generation and underrepresented college students.
