Sarah E. Feinberg is a former senior Obama administration official, having most recently served as the Federal Railroad Administrator. She also served as Chief of Staff at the US Department of Transportation, and as Senior Advisor to White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Feinberg also led policy communications at Facebook, served as Global Communications Director at Bloomberg LP, and served for several years on Capitol Hill in various capacities. A native West Virginian, Feinberg now lives in New York City where she leads her own strategic communications firm and serves on the board of the MTA.
