Robert Smith is a college football announcer for FOX and played college football for The Ohio State University and professionally with the Minnesota Vikings from 1993-2000. Before retiring from the NFL , Smith began working with a digital Healthcare company and eventually founded his own company- Fan Huddle. Fan Huddle’s mission is to turn fan passion into happier and healthier living, by using athletes and other celebrities in combination with health industry experts to deliver consumers health, fitness, and lifestyle content, information, products, and services.
Smith’s company is the first founded by a former player to get a deal with the NFLPA’s venture arm, One Team Partners.
