Patricia Raufer

Patricia L. Raufer is a Digital Business Strategist with expertise in conceptualizing, designing and launching digital products and services.

As an innovator and digital pioneer, Patricia’s work has focused on creating the digital foundation and includes launching solutions that led to game-changing innovations in consumer networks and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale initiatives, often with little or no precedent.

In her consulting practice, Patricia works with clients on strategic initiatives focused on design thinking, ecosystem development, commercialization, and product management. Patricia served as Subject Matter Expert in product development and design for Deloitte, Protiviti and AARP.

While at Citi, Patricia launched the award-winning Citi Premier Pass / Citi Thank You Cards by combining two consumer platforms – payments and airline systems. Patricia launched EMV chip cards and developed the prototype for a device enabling point-of-sale rewards redemption and served as the foundation for pay with points capabilities. Patricia introduced innovation processes for iterative development and created digital solutions that impacted the Citi Cards business. Her prior experience includes participating in the launch of online services while at Prodigy and conducting the proof-of-concept that became the platform for Sabre’s Travelocity.

Patricia is known for her ability to negotiate in complex environments to deliver results. She is comfortable with ambiguity to define and deliver digital transformation initiatives. Patricia is customer and client focused and is also known for getting things done. She is skilled at engaging, enrolling and collaborating with team members, colleagues, partners, vendors and stakeholders in effectively defining and executing the vision.

Patricia completed her MBA in Organizational Effectiveness at University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA, BA in Economics at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and Certificate in Design at Parsons, the New School, New York, NY.
