Pam Habner is a passionate and innovative leader who has reshaped the landscape of the consumer banking industry. Over the last three decades, she’s held executive roles in credit cards, consumer banking, and wealth management for Citi, JPMorgan Chase, and American Express with both domestic and international responsibilities – currently serving as the Head of Branded Cards and Lending for Citi U.S. Personal Banking.

At Citi Branded Cards and Lending, Pam is responsible for the P&L and overall strategy, product innovation, customer experience, risk and controls to deliver sustained profitable growth for the firm. Pam leads the continued growth of Citi’s wide range of payment solutions including proprietary cards (Diamond Preferred, Double Cash, Strata Premier) and co-branded cards with marquis brands like American Airlines and Costco. She is also responsible for delivering best-in-class card benefits and has been on a multi-year journey to launch Citi’s digital-first Loyalty Platform powered by strategic partnerships, including with Booking.com, Live Nation, Credit Education with Experian, and FICO.

Before joining Citi, Pam held various roles at JP Morgan Chase, where she helped drive millions of new accounts with the launch of three card products under her leadership, including Chase Sapphire Reserve. Prior, Pam spent most of her career at American Express in a variety of strategy, marketing and general management positions across the consumer and business-to-business segments.

Pam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics and Social Science from Dartmouth College. She currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Hopkins Center for Performing Arts and serves as Finance Committee Chair for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), inspiring the next generation of changemakers through education and mentorship.

She resides with her husband and twin boys in Bronxville, N.Y.
