Michelle is Chief of Staff to Corporate Vice President of Sustainability, Elisabeth Brinton, at Microsoft. In this role, she drives strategy development, execution, and sales strategies for sustainability across the company. In her nine years at Microsoft, she has also served as Director of Sustainability Solutions and Partnerships, where she incubated the GTM strategy for sustainability and led the creation of Microsoft’s first and second standalone Sustainability Report and as global communications lead for sustainability and working responsibly issues. Prior to Microsoft, she led global integrated communications campaigns focused on policy and regulatory outcomes at leading PR agencies and Congress.
