Prior to his current position, Martin’s career highlights include his tenure as President and CEO of Tata Chemicals North America (TCNA), where he managed a significant portion of the global soda ash industry with sales exceeding $0.5 billion. He also played a vital role as Chairman of ANSAC, enhancing its position in the global export supply chain for soda ash.

At Arvia Technology, as CEO and Director, Martin expanded the market for their specialist water treatment technology, originally a spin-out from the University of Manchester, England. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in driving the company’s growth and market presence.
