Lisa Roberts

Lisa is responsible for setting the strategic direction for U.S. Markets for Wilmington Trust, leading each of the Wealth Management regions in their quest to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to the clients they serve. Wealth Management teams, under Lisa’s leadership, work closely with high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, foundations, and endowments and their advisors to help them meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives.

Lisa has over 30 years of banking and wealth management experience. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Lisa worked for Union Bank where she served as head of Community Banking and head of Private Wealth Management. Lisa has also held previous leadership positions with Freestone Capital Management, Citi Private Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Private Bank.

She holds an MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University Bloomington. In her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with her two daughters.
