As CEO of Jacob Tyler, Lesโ€™ goal is to create an internal experience that fosters award-winningย campaigns, and an external experience that leaves his clients wanting more. Les founded Jacobย Tyler in 2000, and has been responsible for its growth and development ever since.

Holding a Masters in Communications Design from the University of Baltimore, Les has moreย than 20 years of experience designing marketing campaigns with an eye for innovation, strategyย and out of the box thinking that makes people nervous. Honest to a fault and sometimesย undiplomatic, Les builds great relationships and ensures the delivery of Jacob Tylerโ€™s coreย values of honesty and integrity, and is a frequent speaker at design conferences and Universities on the topics of Web Design,ย Omnichannel Marketing, Creative Strategy, Branding, and Human Centered Design.
