Lauren Salz, CEO and Co-founder of Sealed has always envisioned an innovative model to stop energy waste and electrify homes while making it easy for American homeowners to cut their carbon emissions. Under Lauren’s leadership, Sealed was named one of the 10 most innovative energy companies of 2021 by Fast Company. She was named a “Champion of Energy Efficiency” by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, and she was included in the Forbes “30 under 30” list for energy. Lauren previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on fixed-income strategies. Lauren graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College.
