She has conducted extensive research and competitive benchmarking on the healthcare industries, examining the digital platforms, technological innovations and user journeys that leading organizations offer customers and prospects. Lauren has been featured in several publications and as an expert speaker at key industry conferences, including Bright Spots in Healthcare, Techonomy, SIR and IMEA. She has previous experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance, Asset Management, Life Insurance and Annuity industries. Lauren graduated from The George Washington University in 2010 with a major in Business Economics & Public Policy and has been at Corporate Insight since 2011.
