Karey Finch is a senior sales and growth executive with more than 25 years of experience driving revenue strategy, organizational development, and high-performance teams within the luxury and hospitality sectors.
As Vice President of Sales Initiatives and Community Development at Exclusive Resorts, she oversees strategic revenue initiatives across the East Coast. Karey partners closely with executive leadership to align Member needs with sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Sales at Dahlgren Duck & Associates, where she led expansion efforts, developed new verticals, modernized sales infrastructure, and consistently exceeded corporate revenue targets. Earlier leadership roles at Tiffany & Co. and Molton Brown further demonstrate her track record of securing record-setting contracts, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and developing C-level relationships. Karey is deeply committed to philanthropy, having served in leadership and volunteer roles with various charities throughout the country. Karey and The Club actively support The Selfless Love Foundation here in Florida.
