Jinyoung Lee Englund’s passion for empowering people to rise above their circumstances originally led her to work with a non-profit in Mozambique that creates economic opportunities for orphans and widows. Since then, she has had the honor of serving with fellow compassionate and pragmatic stateswomen such as Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers and at the Heritage Foundation with the Honorable Elaine L. Chao, 24th U.S. Secretary of Labor. She also served on the Romney/Ryan Presidential Transition Team.

Most recently, Jinyoung was recognized as one of the Top 40 Women in Bitcoin for her work as Director of Communications and Business Development at the Bitcoin Foundation. She has also been nominated to the American Council of Young Political Leaders, a U.S. Department of State program designed to promote mutual understanding, respect, and friendship with the goal of cultivating long-lasting relationships among those poised to become tomorrow’s global leaders and policy makers.

Jinyoung is currently Founder and CEO of FĂ© Ventures and Vice President of Strategy at the Digital Currency Council, a 500 Startups incubated technology startup. She continues to serve as an advisor on the Republican National Committee’s Advisory Committee. With nearly ten years of experience at the intersection of economic development, financial technology and public policy, she is a sought out advisor, speaker and contributor on creative and collaborative market-based solutions for improving lives. She has presented at the World Knowledge Forum in Korea, the Zermatt Summit in Switzerland and at various technology, policy and entrepreneurial conferences throughout the country.
