Jerrold B. Spiegel chairs the Technology, eCommerce and Privacy Group of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. He has advised clients involved with computer-based media and online services since 1985. His clients include online publishers, software developers and consultants, website developers and operators, video game and mobile content providers and developers, and eCommerce companies as well as the more traditional advertising companies, commercial production companies, filmmakers, and book and magazine publishers.
Jerrold was interviewed on CNN and PBSโs โNewsHourโ about Google’s efforts to resist a U.S. Department of Justice subpoena for search information. He has authored numerous publications, including Bloomberg Law Reportsโ โDo We Have A Deal or Not? The Enforceability of Virtual Contractsโ and the โLegal Landminesโ chapter in โWeb & New Media Pricing Guide.โ He has been selected as a New York-area โSuper Lawyerโ for business and corporate work by Super Lawyers Magazine and was also ranked among the โ2013 Top Lawyers in Technologyโ by the American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel magazines.
Jerrold is a member of the NY Metro board of advisors of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship and a founding member of Cleantech Corridor. He is a cum laude graduate of New York Universityโs School of Law.
