Inhi Cho Suh

Inhi Cho Suh is a senior operating executive whose career has been defined by her use of technical and business development expertise to lead organizational transformation in support of growth and an evolving company strategy.

Inhi is currently the General Manager of Watson Applications, where she oversees the business unit focused on providing solutions to create intelligent, self-correcting supply chains through the use of hybrid multi-cloud, AI, and blockchain. Her team includes global professionals who are developing, selling and implementing a suite of applications and networks to revolutionize modern supply chains by connecting them to IBM’s leading technology offerings.

Inhi has run multiple enterprise software business units in IBM. She has a proven history of running and managing complex portfolios, turning around underperforming businesses, and incubating new businesses. Additionally, she has architected and led a number of acquisitions, including The Weather Company, as well as the divestitures of billions of dollars in software.

Inhi has been a champion of diversity and inclusion throughout her career. She co-chairs IBM’s Global Women’s Diversity Initiative across the company’s nearly 400,000 employees. She was recognized in 2017 by both Aragon Research for top Women in Technology and the California Professional Business Women’s Association for Industry leadership, and was featured as one of the top IBM rock stars by BusinessInsider News in 2015. She was featured on the cover of Working Mother Magazine as one of the youngest VPs at IBM in 2009.
Aligned with her experience and passion for emerging technology solutions, Inhi is a member of the Board of Directors of Docusign and a TEDTalk speaker.

Inhi received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, History and Women’s Studies from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
