Israeli entrepreneur Guy Halfteck is the CEO of Knack, a technology startup he founded in 2010. Knack, which is based in Palo Alto, California, reimagines how businesses find exceptional people. The Knack technology combines cutting-edge video games, big data analytics, and state-of-the-art behavioral science, making it more predictive, authentic, engaging, and accessible.

Earlier, Guy was a ship vice commander in the Israeli Navy. He graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and later earned his master’s and doctorate from Columbia and Harvard, respectively.
