Vice President, Sales and Business Development, DAQRI

Glen is Vice President, Sales and Business Development at DAQRI, a privately funded company focused on developing augmented reality wearable hardware and enterprise software solutions. He has 15 years of global sales and business development experience in the industrial, wireless and semiconductor manufacturing industries. His accomplishments include implementing successful sales strategies for Tyco Electronics, Anokiwave, Macom, and Emerson. In his current role at DAQRI, he is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for global sales, account management, customer success, and solution architecture. His initiatives include driving growth, setting strategic direction, technical execution, ensuring customer success, and sales management of DAQRI’s product offerings.

Prior to DAQRI, Glen directed global product management, business development, long-range strategic planning, and profit and loss accountability for the Aerospace and Defense business unit at Macom.

His efforts were instrumental in the development of new products from inception to product launch leading all related commercialization activities. Under his leadership, the business unit defined and released 50 new products to market, which resulted in Aerospace and Defense producing the highest revenue and becoming the most profitable of all business units within Macom.

Glen has been a key contributor for two successful start up companies where he was influential in the growth and success of both companies. Glen also sits on the Board of Advisors for Anokiwave, a private fabless semiconductor company providing highly integrated semiconductor solutions to the wireless markets.

Glen holds a bachelor of science in Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He is also a Veteran and Commander in the United States Navy.
