Davida Herzl is co-founder and CEO of Aclima where she leads a diverse team pioneering new technology to accelerate climate action, protect public health, and ensure equal access to clean air. A Public Benefit Corporation, Aclima has pioneered block-by-block measurement and analysis of air pollution and greenhouse gases at scales never before possible. The Aclima managed sensor network and software-as-a-service platform Aclima Pro translates billions of scientific measurements into environmental intelligence. Today, the company operates the largest mobile sensor network on Earth, serves leading customers across the public and private sector, and has mapped 150 cities in 14 countries — creating the largest dataset of hyperlocal greenhouse gas levels in the world.

Herzl holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics, Political Science, and Communications from the University of California, San Diego. Davida was named one of the Top 100 Most Creative People in Business by FastCompany (2019), one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2018 by Goldman Sachs, and a Grist 50 Fixer (2017).
