Managing Director, Corporate Anthropology Advisors

Dr. Dana Ardi is currently the Managing Director and Founder of Corporate Anthropology Advisors, L.L.C., a consulting company that provides human capital advisory and innovative solutions to companies building value through people. Her strength is organizing revenue growth and value through people operating systems. Prior to her position at Corporate Anthropology, Dana served as a Partner/Managing Director at CCMP Capital and JPMorgan Partners. At CCMP and JP Morgan Partners, she worked as the Human Capital Partner, working across the portfolio designing strategies to find, develop and retain talent. She was a Partner at Flatiron Partners, a venture capital firm working with early state companies where she pioneered the human capital role within an investment portfolio.  Before joining the Flatiron Partners team, Dana served as co-chair of Global Communications, Entertainment and Technology practice of TMP Worldwide, where she redefined the art and science of Human Capital Management. Before her career in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Executive Search, Dana served as Senior Vice President of New Media for R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company where she was responsible for joint ventures/strategic alliances and guided venture capital investments in new media and information technologies. Dana holds a B.S from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an M.S in Education and a Ph.D. from Boston College.  She was a professor at the graduate center at Fordham University in New York. Dana served on the corporate board of AMC Entertainment Inc. from 2008 until the sale to Wanda Corporation in 2012. Among her many philanthropic efforts she is an officer of the Creative Arts Council of the Museum of Modern Art, New York. She is a member of the Royal Society of the Arts and serves on the Leadership Council of the New York Foundation for the Arts.
