Christine is Founder and CEO of Women’s Coin Foundation. She has been nominated one of top 10 global women Fintech leaders. Women’s Coin is the first global crypto-currency of value supporting empowerment for women and girls through investment in digital learning, business skills and digital identity for those who do not hold a government identity.  She is committed to supporting economic vitality and cultural cohesion through digital solutions.  She is currently exploring with the Deputy Mayor “tokenisation” of her home city.

Christine is Visiting Professor in Leadership at University of Northampton, as has an international reputation in the leadership and mentoring space

Christine has held top leadership position in Government, Director – Department of Health and Social Services, Welsh Government.   She led a parliamentary bill team, organisational restructuring and improvement of civil service and Hospitals.  Her portfolio transitioned into Director of Leadership for 44 hospitals, 80,000, £6m budget. She delivered service improvement and 89% increase in Leadership capability and 78% improvement to patient services. She was awarded the Chartered Institute of People Development Excellence award for leadership and talent management.

As part of her international portfolio she delivered a World Health Assignment in Abu Dhabi reporting to UAE Minister of Health and Federal Nursing Director.   A Royal Audience was granted with Highness Sheikha Bint Mubarak – Mother of the Nation and in recognition of her contribution she was presented with a gold commemorative coin

She has served on the European e-Health Think Tank in Brussels Christine has been a regular speaker at UK and International conferences on Blockchain for Good

She has studied Strategic Human Resources at the Executive Business School, Stanford University, California and Harvard School of Public Health, Boston and holds a Master of Philosophy degree.  Christine is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of People Management and received a “lifelong” Alumni Award from Ashridge Business School.
