Chief Strategy Officer, Citi

Bridget Fawcett is the Global Head of Strategy for Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory business, where she is responsible for global strategy, client engagement and business development efforts. Bridget is also the Global Co-Head of the Sustainability & Corporate Transitions Investment Banking Group, where she oversees a corporate and investment banking team that delivers ESG advisory and corporate finance solutions to corporations. Bridget sits on BCMA’s Executive Committee and is actively engaged in Citi Women’s equity and inclusion initiatives. Bridget is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Task Force on “Financing the Transition”, and she is on the WEF’s Biodiversity Finance Steering Committee, addressing longer-term funding and capital market considerations and opportunities for carbon intensive sectors. She also formerly co-chaired the WEF’s Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems.

Prior to her current role, Bridget was the Chief Financial Officer for Citi’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, where she focused on re-engineering the global business, post the financial crisis, and establishing client-driven financial and performance metrics. She also headed the Client Strategy Group and was responsible for client strategy and innovation efforts. Prior to these roles, she was an Investment Banker in Citi’s Real Estate Group.

Bridget is actively involved in various non-profit organizations. She is a Director of the Corporation of Yaddo and serves as Trustee Emeritus of St. Paul’s School, the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) and the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Bridget serves as Co-Chair of Dartmouth’s Centennial Circle of Alumnae and leads Yale’s Parent Leadership Council for the Class of 2022. She was a founding Co-Chair of Phillips Academy Andover’s Parent Advancement Council and served on the steering committee for the Dartmouth College Fund.

Bridget received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in Russian Language.
