Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a psychologist, Harvard lecturer in Organizational Psychology and Management, and founder of Groops – a psychology-based coaching and insights platform helping teams perform at their best. She is an expert in team psychology, emotional intelligence, and the human factors that drive performance and wellbeing at work.

At Harvard, Dr. Wegner teaches courses including Motivation: What Drives Human Behavior at Work, Team Psychology, and Applied Coaching. She bridges academic insight with real-world leadership, helping organizations translate behavioral science into practical tools for growth, cohesion, and connection.

As founder of Groops, she is building a scalable, tech-enabled way to bring expert coaching and team insights into the modern workplace. Groops blends psychology with AI to help teams build trust, navigate change, and improve collaboration – without needing to go through HR.

Dr. Wegner has worked with enterprise companies, scaling startups, and high-impact organizations – from first responders to venture firms. She has delivered hundreds of keynotes and workshops across the U.S. and globally, including four TEDx talks. Her work has been featured in NPR, NBC News, Harvard Health Blog, The Associated Press, Psychology Today, Inc Magazine, and other major news outlets. She is also the author of Raising Feminist Boys.
