Andy is the co-founder and chairman of Copperfield Advisory, a consulting firm that works with founder-led and owner-run organizations. Previously, he served as the chief communications officer at IBM, Willis Towers Watson, and McKinsey & Company. Before McKinsey, he was a policymaker in the UK government, working principally on tackling poverty and social exclusion in England. He is a lecturer at Columbia University, a 2013 recipient of the Distinguished Friend of Oxford University award, an RSA Fellow, and a trustee of the Institute for Public Relations (IPR) and the Reading Team. He is a graduate of Oxford and Harvard.
