Amy is an entrepreneurial and creative executive with 25+ years of experience driving growth at scale and building sustainability programs across varied industries including art, fashion, real estate, industrial manufacturing and not- for-profit. She is an accomplished leader with a track record of deploying innovative solutions in complex environments with an ability to recognize trends, identify strategic opportunities, and create positive cultures to facilitate high performing teams.

For the last five years, Amy has served as Environmental Defense Fundโ€™s Chief Marketing & Communications Officer where she oversees all earned, owned and paid media. EDF is a global, not-for-profit climate change organization focused on reducing green house gas emissions in the four biggest emitting geographies which are comprised of the United States, Europe, India and China. Amyโ€™s most recent executive role, prior to EDF, was Head of External Affairs at Standard Industries, a global industrial holding company with 6 operating businesses and 15,000 employees. Prior to Standard, Amy spent 19 years at Sotheby’s Auction House in a variety of leadership roles, culminating in her role as their Global Director of Strategic Marketing where she developed and led a two-year, global rebranding initiative as well as the organizationโ€™s digital transformation and forged partnerships with 400 museums worldwide.

Amy is an avid gardener and is a member of the Patronโ€™s Council and Board of Governors of The New York Botanical Garden. She holds a B.A. in History from Denison University, where she has served as a Trustee since 2013. She is a former trustee of the Pelham Art Center and The Sylvia Center. Amy resides with her family in Westchester, NY. In her spare time, you will find her entertaining her family and friends with festive meals, tending her chickens and bees or hiking with her dogs.
