Alison Schwartz is the co-founder and editorial director of Lulu. Previously, Alison was a literary agent at ICM in New York, where she worked on nonfiction projects for young women in theirs 20s and 30s. Born in Toronto, Alison has a B.A. from McGill University and an M.A. from Oxford University.
