Alexis Allen is an Associate Financial Advisor at UBS and a member of The Teixeira Loughran Group, where she specializes in advising female founders, executives, investors, and next-generation wealth creators. She is passionate about helping women build, grow, and preserve wealth while navigating the unique financial opportunities and challenges that often accompany leadership, entrepreneurship, and major life transitions.
Drawing on experience across wealth management, fintech, and alternative investments, Alexis brings a distinctive perspective to her work. Prior to joining UBS, she served as Chief of Staff at Carta and was a member of the Core Management Team at Bridgewater Associates. Having worked alongside founders and leadership teams during periods of rapid growth, she understands firsthand the realities of building businesses and creating long-term value.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, Alexis helps entrepreneurs navigate liquidity events, equity compensation, concentrated stock positions, and the transition from building a company to building lasting personal wealth. Her approach combines technical expertise with practical guidance, empowering clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and women’s leadership, Alexis is actively involved with the Robin Hood Foundation, the Tory Burch Foundation, Vital Voices Global Partnership, and the Boston College Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and lives in New York City with her husband.
