Jo McKinney is a strategist and growth architect currently helping organizations navigate the shift toward humanโ€“AI collaboration. As Chief Growth Officer at Board of Innovation, she partners with global companies to build AI-native capabilities and growth models, blending future-back vision with systems that meet the autonomous future with ethical, human-centered strategy. She previously scaled Burns Group to acquisition as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, and founded BGIN, an accelerator that turned 30+ products into category-defining brands. Jo began her career at Grey Advertising, led Integrated Marketing at Mondelez in Europe, and has led strategy, innovation, and brand programs for clients including P&G, Coca-Cola, and others across CPG, healthcare, and tech. A frequent speaker at SXSW, Advertising Week, and Cannes Lions, Jo serves on the Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship at Cornell, her alma mater. She is a founding member of Chief, a member of The Board, and Director of Through the Eyes of Children. Jo is driven to challenge the status quo – channeling innovation, technology, and creativity to build inclusive organizations fit for the future.
