Elizabeth Sandler is the Chief Operating Officer of Mohari Hospitality, a global investment company focused on luxury and experiential hospitality across hotels, resorts, branded residences, restaurants, nightlife, and yacht experiences.
Before joining Mohari, Elizabeth spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at Blackstone Real Estate and Deutsche Bank, where she served as Managing Director, COO, and Head of Strategy across multi-billion-dollar investment platforms. Her experience spans private equity, private credit, and organizational transformation and development, giving her a rare ability to connect financial performance with human capital.
Beyond her executive career, Elizabeth is a socio-futurist, best known for her work at the intersection of technology, leadership, and humanism. She has advised CEOs and boards across the globe on building “Dream Teams” capable of thriving in the age of advanced technology.
Her TEDx talk, What Silence Taught Me About Superintelligence, reflects her belief that the future belongs to leaders who pair intelligence and innovation with intentionality.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Human Development from Duke University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School.
