Dane Sirakovsky brings more than 20 years of ICU nursing experience to her leadership roles at Alliance Homecare and TrustHouse. Her early career in New York’s leading neuro, cardiothoracic, and medical ICUs shaped her into a highly skilled clinician capable of managing the most complex cases. In 2006, she co-founded Alliance Homecare to provide families with the same level of excellence and compassion she delivered at the bedside.
In addition to her leadership duties, Diane is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her MSN from SUNY Stony Brook and uses her dual expertise in psychiatry and critical care to advocate for truly holistic healthcare. She continues to provide hands-on care while also shaping the protocols that ensure high-quality standards across both organizations.
Her current focus lies in integrating mental health services into home care models, developing evidence-based clinical pathways, and mentoring teams on trauma-informed, person-centered care. Diane is a trusted expert in complex care coordination, psychiatric nursing, and the intersection of mental and physical health.
