Delphine O’Rourke is an industry leader in healthcare innovation. She is known for driving high impact deals as well as her skill in navigating laws and policies for clients that are trail blazing new care solutions. Delphine is also a globally recognized authority on the business of the health of women and active investor in transformative solutions. In 2023, Delphine founded Delphine O’Rourke Law to provide trusted strategic and legal counsel, as well as Dotted Advisory, for clients needing a broader menu of advisory services ranging from growth strategy to exit positioning. Her clients sit across the continuum of care as well as in industries adjacent to care delivery including private equity, longevity and sports.
Delphine is an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School and teaches business and health law courses. She brings her energy, inspirational messages and deep experience to all her audiences – whether on campus or keynotes for major corporations, global banks, and flagship conferences. Earlier this year, Delphine launched The Conversation Lounge podcast to foster discussions around business, investment, law, healthcare and sports with the leaders who are shaping what’s next.
Delphine’s healthcare career started over twenty-five years ago and reflects a unique combination of board, executive, legal, strategy, and advocacy roles. Most recently, Delphine was a Partner in the Healthcare & Lifesciences practice at Goodwin and the firm’s Women’s Health & Wellness Practice. Previously, Delphine was Associate General Counsel with Ascension – one of the largest, non-profit, healthcare organizations in the US and globally. She clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District Pennsylvania and was a Research Associate for the Council on Foreign Relations.
Delphine graduated from the Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, cum laude, and from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
